Search
PipeDbase-Utility
allows you to search the entire database for any item. In the screen shot we
have entered GASKET* into the long description. Your search results will
now list all the gaskets in the Database, this can be further refined by
selecting other criteria.

These Items Require a Tag:
Use
the search criteria to select items that require a tag. In the screen shot
we
have selected *val* from the Short Description drop down list. When we
click on the These Items Require a Tag button we get a list of all valves
that have no tag allocated.

Find Duplicate Tags:
Use
the search criteria to select items that you want to check for duplicate
tags. In the screen shot we have not specified any search criteria, therefore
the full database is checked for duplicate tags.

List Unique Line Numbers:
Using the search criteria you can all list the line numbers in the database or only a few depending on your search criteria. In the screen shot we have not specified any search criteria, therefore the full list of line numbers in the database is produced including blank lines

These Items Require a Line Number:
Using
the search criteria you can list all items that are missing line numbers.
In the screen shot we have not specified any search criteria therefore we get a
list of all items in the database, that do not have a line number.

List All Model Files:
This lists all
model files in the database.

Delete Model File Record:
To
delete a pipe model file from the database you first have to list all the
model files. Then select the pipe model you want to delete from the
database and click on the Delete Drawing File Record Button. All records
associated with this model file will be deleted from the database only
